Screen resolution

On a certain game, I am not able to see all of the correspondence window at the bottom of the screen.If I change the resolution from 800X600 to 1024X768, everything is too small. Is it possible to set the screen resolution somewhere between the two above settings.

Only advice really is get a larger monitor which will allow you to have 1024 x 768 but readable for you :/

pick large fonts and change the dpi in properties>settings>advanced to compensate.
