i have an advent 4211c a little netbook.
i recently recrntly had to re-install windows,and know my screen resolution is stuck on 800 by 600 pixels. i am not sure how i can restore it vask to a higher resolution.
can any one help,

After re-install of windows did you add/update correct video drivers. If they are generic it could cause this "Don't hit at all if you can help it; don't hit a man if you can possibly avoid it; but if you do hit him, put him to sleep."
