To schedule the built-in defragmenter, you need to use the command line interface to the defragmenter - defrag.exe. You can write a .bat file with the appropriate commands or schedule defrag.exe using Task Scheduler. It's not very easy or elegant, but with the built-in defragmenter "you get what you pay for".
That is why there are 3rd party commercial defrag products - to get around the limited scheduling capabilities and other limitations of the built-in defragmenter.
