Scheduler error

I try to set up a schedule on the built in Windows scheduler and get an error that says "Access denied" # 0x80070005. Obviously the scheduled batch file does not run. The user has administrator privileges and the password is correct. What could be wrong?

D/L this and go to the tools at the bottom. Scroll down to the repair permisions and run it.
