Hey fellas...
I got a question. First let me say that I have a server thats keeping all my important stuff on it, and I use my laptop for all my computing.
So, is there any way for me to create a task with task scheduler, so that I can copy a certain folder at like 4am or something, to my server like daily?
I dont know how to add that task to the task scheduler, and I assume you can make a .bat and add that, but I dont know how to make a .bat file!?!
If your wondering why, well, my laptops been acting funny lately, not booting, stuff like that and I have a lot of important stuff that I do daily, and I'd just like to automate this thing.
So can anyone tell me, show me, by example how to make a bat to copy a folder from one location c:\blah\blah to z:\blah\blah
Yes the server is mapped (Z:)
Or can someone tell me how to add such a command to task sheduler?
Thanks you guys rock,

Karen's Replicator program is free and fairly easy to figure out how to use to include setting up the task on a schedule.
