For some strange reason my scanner (Canon FB 330p) does not want to work with my copy of windows xp. It brings up some error. Do i need new drivers or what? an email would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you go to the canon website and look for new drivers. I have a canoscan d646u and they had new drivers up for xp.

I can't seem to get my Fujitsu Scanpartner 15C to work - It is recognized in Device Manager but does not have a driver listed. The software can't find the twain interface. Fujitsu does not overly interested in this problem and had no solution. Anybody have a work around. Thanks

I am having the same problem with my Packard Bell scanner.XP will not recognise it even though I have been on the makers and d/loaded an update driver. I am also having the same trouble with trying to get my Kadak 3400 camera recognised Any advise please
