i have a mustek 1200 ub scanner. Mustek doesnt have drivers.
So do I and am running XP Pro (an example of Microsucks blatantly ripping off apple again!)
But regardless of that, Win2k drivers work (as they do for most things in XP) it's the scanner software that I can't find!!!!!
Help etc, I need to rescan my breasts...

The Windows 2000 drivers do work in Win XP, but.....
You have to open regedit and go to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\ and then change the following keys (write down the originals to change back) CurrentBuildNumber to 2195 CurrentVersion to 5.0 ProductName to Microsoft Windows 2000
and it will install directly and run properly as well. Works a treat!
