Comment:

I am using a Hp scanjet 3200c. It was working until today. It said there was no scanner connect to the computer, and then the program disappeared from my computer. It was not in the start menu or in the add\remove programs list. I deleted the program folder manually and scanned the registry for bad keys and removed them. By the way i am using Percision scan Lt software.

I then tried to reinstall the software but when i try to install it it gives me the message:

C:\Windows\system32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-Dos and Microsoft Windows Applications. Choose 'close' to terminate the application.

Does anyone kno what this means, and what i can do about it? Thanks for any help.

Ryan
