I don't get rear speaker sound, no matter what I do. In Speaker, I set the option "4 speakers" but nothing happens. The test gives front sounds, but NO rear sounds! What else could I do? E-mail me if you have any ideas

You need to configure the soundcard to 4 channels in 'creative mixer'

Change your speaker configuration in Windows Control Panel. Windows XP makes you pick which apeaker setup you have to "optimize" your experience. Like most things with Microsoft, this "feature" creates more havoc than it solves. If you don't change from the default 2 desktop speakers to 4 surround speakers or 5.1 dolby digital, you'll be screwed.
Summary: When I boot my computer, I do not get any sound from my rear speakers until I run the speaker-config CPL and set it to 4-speakers. As soon as I click the Apply button, the rear speakers begin to work ...
Summary: No sound. Only sound I do get is the pc speaker beeping from the tower! heh Seen posts about this before and the only seems to be install the update from the creative site. Done this doesn't work. :( ...
