can anyone tell me if there's anyway to save nortons 2003 updates that I have already downloaded, I'm about to format but having to download all the nortons updates again with my 56k dial up is putting me off. are the updates put into any particular folder or do they just disappear into windows if theres a way to back them up before I format that would save a lot of unnecessary downloading again. Thanx for any help.

When you reinstall Norton, all you need to do is run "live update". There is no need to get all the old updates, that you have been getting for the past months or year. You will be just like anyone that is installing a brand new 2003 NAV program. Just make sure that you have the latest version of "liveupdate" installed(2.0). You can get it at the Symantec Website using "downloads". Take care and all the best!
