Hi all. I'm having a problem when trying to save images that appear in web pages that I browse.. The problem is that when I try to save, my only option to save-as is in .BMP format. The images are usually .jpg or .gif, but still I only have the .BMP option.

Any ideas?

Thank you!

Try deleting your Temporary Internet Files which should solve the problem. More info at this link.

Thanks for the link.

It now works sporadically, but it's better than nothing at all. You'd think they'd fix this by now.

Thanks again.

eas98, When you delete your Temporary Internet Files and the box comes up put a checkmark in the "delete all off-line content". This may help also.
