I searched the forums here and Googled but didn't find anything. Is there an easy way of saving files to two seperate locations ,thus creating a backup at the same time as saving the file ? TIA

Depends on what kind of files. In Word, you can choose an option to Always make a Backup, so that when you save the document it automatically creates a backup file without your doing anything.
Is this what you mean? Or are there other files you want to do this with?
