save/reset icon location on desktop

OS: WinXP Pro
CPU/Ram: P4 2.8 GHz, 1 GB

After changing my screen resolution and reverting this, the position of the icons on my desktop is 'messed up'. Anybody knows where XP stores the information about icon position, so that I can backup this file and manually restore it?

fabianneke: data on icon settings is stored in:

C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application Data\IconCache.db

you may have to change the System setting to view hidden files.
