Change settings in BIOS from AHCI to IDE and install Windows XP.
When installation has completely finished and Windows has again restarted, install the driver in your Windows System.
Restart computer, enter the BIOS again, change setting from IDE back to AHCI, save BIOS settings and restart your computer.

May be listed as IDE compatible or something similar.
Or try Windows 7 instead.
