Hi all,

On my desktop, I have Windows XP Home Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 2. I plugged in s SanDisk Cruzer Micro USB Flash Drive (2.0 GB), and it did not work. My desktop basically froze and I had to keep re-starting it and unplugging the SanDisk so that the desktop would start working normally again. When it did, I would plug in the SanDisk and the same thing would happen all over again. Any ideas on if I can fix this to be able to use the SanDisk and/or am I stuck with a flash drive that is not compatible with my OS? Thanks in advance...

Maybe your Sandisk is bad. Take it back to the store. My Sandisk works OK on my eMachine
