whenever i connect to my broadband service no programs can be run! This lasts up to 10 mins! The Services that are already running remain running! Ive run many spychecks and adaware checks, virus checks, all come up no conclusive evidence just Cookies! or no virus found! Checked my Registry too, nothing mal! any ideas?
