I want to be able to check my e-mail via outlook express in two profiles, including being able to see and reply to new messages in both. I can setup the account in both profiles but then only one profile gets the new messages (the one I'm logged on to at the time) and the other does not. How do I get them to be exactly the same (i.e inboxes have the same messages regardless of profile)

Log in to your first profile and then go into tools, options, maintainence and check the store folder address. Log in to your second account and see if its different. If it is different then make them the same. Think that should sort it (might be work backing up your emails first!?)

What you have to do is setup on both your accounts the "leave copy of message on server" option. Follow these steps when logged into both profiles. It means downloading the messages twice, but if you're silly enough to do things the hard way, then this is what you get. tools -> accounts -> mail tab -> hilight acc't and select properties -> advanced tab -> check "leave a copy of message on server", "remove from server after x days" (where x is however many days you want), and "remove from server when deleted from 'deleted items' ".
