How are you doing this, tapping F8 while booting?

Have you ever been able to get into Safe Mode? If not please provide computer make and model number (always useful when posting anyway).

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

What happens when you try booting to safe mode?

There are several safe mode options. Did you try them all?

If you are using a USB keyboard, it may not be working prior to entering the Windows environment. Without more information on your computer it is hard to say.

Can you boot into the BIOS (setup) screens?

Do you have a PS/2 keyboard port on the tower?
