s3 virge dx/gx video drivers for XP

I too have the s3 virge dx/gx PCI card and tring to get the drivers for both windows 2k and Xp.

Pls help me.
Card works fine in 98. i have drivers for NT and ME.

Note : Required for xp, and 2k only.
