Hello i have a * HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4120B * Cd Player . However i can't play dvds on it . When i insert a dvd , it whirls up then i hear a clicking noise and it goes down, and it repeats bringing xp to a crawl. I can play cds . I have bought a cd lense cleaner and ran it for 5-10 mins . But it doesn't work. Do i need a driver for this or is it gone to crap...

Did it occur to you to inform the good people here about what type of DVD's are giving you the problem (read/re-writable?, single-layer?, dual-layer?, make?, data?, video?, region code?, source?, and...er...um: blank?, etc.)?

No? Well... how about doing it now!
