I've tried installing all the updates to fix this problem none worked. any help would b much appreciated. if you need I have screen shots.

Have you performed any adware/spyware/virus scans?
If you want, go get HiJackThis (google it to find it cuz I dont recall what the link is).
Save your log and email it to me. Will check it when i get home from work.

A.If you have not ruled Spyware, Run one or more of good Antispyware programs to get rid of the malware.Example:
1.Trend Microâ„¢Anti-Spyware for the Web
2.Microsoft
Windows Antispyware Beta
3.Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition 1.06B.If you have installed any third party "Browser enhancing Toolbars" like Google Toolbar or Yahoo Toolbar etc uninstall them and see if the error goes away.

I've ran ad-aware pro v1.06 and it doesn't find anything, I've also scanned with norton 2005 and with trend micro they say my system is clean, I've tried disabling debug in ie but that doesn't do anything either. any suggestions welcome

I had this problem with Google Toolbar. When I uninstalled Google Toolbar Internet Explorer quit acting up with the RunTime errors!
