Hi,
When I first tried to install Windows XP, I recieved the error message:
"STOP: 0x0000008E" I removed one of the ram cards, and XP loaded, and worked OK. I then replaced the second ram I had taken out..and it still seemed alright, except that it would often reboot on its own when I was on the net. It has done this less in the last few days...but now, I get:
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - Runtime error.
Program: C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe"
That shows every time I try to access 'my pictures' in the 'My documents' folder. Please help.
Thanks.
