In the guest account or any non administrator account on my XP it now (i.e. it didn't do this for the past year until recently) will not run most programs. The following error comes up: MS Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error Program:C:\(path of whichever program, but includes Control Panel, Internet, A drive, etc) This application has requested the Runtim to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
