I was getting prolems with the drive-you-nuts message about a runtine error occurring in a script.
Here's how to fix it...
Start - Control Panel - Internet Options -Advanced and then check the two boxes under browsing that refer to script debugging.
If they aren't selected every time you access a page on Internet Explorer that has a scripting error it will state so and ask if you want to Debug it. You can't because the scripts are read-only so you may as well turn the #$@#! things off.
