I need to know a way to open ntrights.exe before starting winxp. Someone hacked my system and denied me access to my computer, it's not networked, so there's no way of loading ntrights on another machine. How can I do this?
I have downloaded ntrights.exe, I just can't run it, because xp has no dos prompt (command prompt does not help, because I cannot log in to the system to open it up). Is it possible to make a boot disk with ntrights.exe on?
