running ghost.img weekly from d drive to c

Specs: Windows XP
Hi,

this is my first question in this forum I want to ask that I have made a image of my c dirve within d drive now I want to run the image weekly on c drive in this way I don't need to install windows after a week.
I have ghost32.exe avilable in my d drive.

... depends on the version of ghost "installed" on your system

... if its not installed I think youll find that it wo'nt work in XP nt gui.

... but it will using a boot-up cd and point it to or run a script to run from that partition .. from (restore) source to destination (install to)

I have the ghost32 11.0 version I have already the image on the d drive and I would like to automaticlly get extract the image on c in weekly basis. any script is required if yes then please let me know.

... right click "ghost32 .exe" ... open... then click "help" which shows you all the script(s) and switches!

What exactly do you mean by the above statement?

If you are actually needing to install once a week then something is drastically wrong.

well its doen't mean that I will be installing windows after a week its just a lab exercise question which I wanted to know.
can some body tell me that which option can do this for me I will be really thank full.

How about using the windows task scheduler


Not sure how to set it up to image to the location you want.
