Are you familiar with the use of SYSTEM RESTORE? If you make changes to your system that you don't like, as long as you can get back into Windows, you can restore your system to a previous restore point. Also pressing F8 during boot, will give you a list of boot options. One of them is "Last known Good Configuration". This also a way to undo a change that you don't like. It is a good idea to check and see if your keyboard works during boot. I have heard of some that will only work once in Windows. Any way back to Systen Restore. You need to check to see if it is turned on, if it is not turned on there won't be any restore points to revert to. This is what you do: click START,ALL PROGRAMS, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore,(At this point if it is turned on it will give you the option to restore to earlier time, or create a restore point), If it is turned off click the box "Turn on System Restore", either way, at this point click "Create Restore Point" Give it a name and remember the Date. This is handy if you make changes to your computer and don't like them. Walla just choose a restore point, and your computer as good as the day and time that you restore to. It also gives you a option to undo the restore if you don't like it.
