Need to run a DOS program on XP. We know the new Win XP operating system does not suport this. Question: Is there a "third party" program available, or something we could buy, that would runs on XP and would allow a user to run there DOS program in it?

XP should run DOS programs as long as your drives are FAT32. NTFS drives will not run DOS.

Start
Run
Type "cmd" w/o the quotes

Also, on some XP software, when you hit Start, a link to DOS appears..like "Command Prompt" or something like that.

There is another alternative if your program will not run on XP dos, you could get VMWare, which could then be used to run an older version of dos.
