Every time I reboot I get the message that says, Runner Error, Invalid Back Web Application ID. 137903

LOL That looks familiar,right down to the exact same numbers.If you look in your "program files" under Hewlett Packard(orH/P) folders you will find Back Web.It's a tracking program that is supposed to aid you in surfing.I consider it spyware and removed it with Spybot(www.lurkhere.com in the nice files section).Hope this helps.JB

backweb might be listed in your add/remove program list in control panel, remove it there first, before using spybot,to remove any orphaned entries.
