When I am asked from firewall to let rundll32.exe. or Run a DLL as an App. what is this? Isit safe or OK to let it to have access?

The answer is NO, dont let it connect (actually it is a relevancy with ur other apps which use rundll to connect to the net, like auto update, etc, so it depends on you, but in general, i wont let it) Rundll is a part of Windows
