rundll32.exe won't shutdown

Everytime I try to shutdown or reboot, I need to end rundll32.exe manually. I makes me end task before proceding.

Hi Mark,
This program will let you see which program is making use of that rundll32.exe one. Select the rundll in the upper pane, and you'll see the info in the lower pane. ▫ ProcessExplorer (SysInternals) ___________________________________________ ☺ [Belgium, GMT+1]_________________________svg
