rundll32.exe won't shutdown

OS: windows xp
CPU/Ram: pent 4 512mb ddr sdram 40
Comment:

Everytime I try to shutdown or reboot, I need to end rundll32.exe manually. I makes me end task before proceding.

Any ideas?

Hi Mark,

This program will let you see which program is making use of that rundll32.exe one. Select the rundll in the upper pane, and you'll see the info in the lower pane.
ProcessExplorer (SysInternals)
