I have a problem. I upgraded from win98 2nd to winxp home. I am logged in as the only choice of users. Anytime I try to run a program or open a control panel icon it says that either the program I am trying to open or "rundll32.exe can't be found check the path" bla bla. I can right click and and goto run as and Uncheck the "protect my computer..." box and I can open the program. However that does not work with the control panel...any ideas? e-mail please? remove no spam from address. Thanks in advance
