Sometimes when rebooting my PC a process listed at RUNDLL32.exe runs and consumes about 98-100% of my CPU capacity. This slows down everything else. I can end the process without affecting anything else and the CPU usage returns to a normal 2-4% or so. What is causing this and what can I do about it. Thanks Mike
