RUNDLL32 XP USERS

I have 5 users on my PC running Windows XP Home. My daughter has a JamCam that we loaded the software for, etc. It runs in 4 users, but not my daughter's. When I checked Task Manager -- Processes -- I noted that the users that were working had RUNDLL32.EXE, and this was missing from my daughter. So, how do I load RUNDLL32.exe on just a single user when it appears to be running for everyone else?
I saw the prior notes on the 32funlove virus and recalled my daughter had a problem with a virus that we had to boot out. Is it possible it took the RUNDLL32 just from her user and left it alone on the others?

hi first of all try to remove the virus if your Pc infected. then just find the right place of that file from those four user, copy it and switch to your daughter's profile and past it on the same directoy.
another way is create a new user/profile for your daughter.
