rundll32 end now on logoff or shutd

OS: windows XP Home sp
CPU/Ram: intel celeron/256mb

when i go to logoff or shutdown a message shows up saying "rundll32 endnow" and has either endnow or cancle...im not sure if i acidently deleted sum files or what. also, i tried restoring, and it seems to not do anything...doesnt look ne different from when before i restored it...i no i had different backrounds and so forth...can ne one plz help me with how to fix this its been drive'n me crzy for a day now thx....

Try this:

Go to start, run, type "msconfig", then go to the startup tab and see if anything is labled Rundll32. Uncheck this and reboot.
