RUNDLL errors

OS: WinXP
CPU/Ram: P4 2.0Ghz/256mb

when I start up my computer I get to RUNDLL errors that say
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\iedcb1f5.dll The specified module could not be found

Error loading C:\Windows\System32\reb69df2.dll The Specified module could not be found

what do these mean and how can I fix them

Try reinstalling either Internet Explorer, or else the Service Pack for Windows...
