RUNDLL Error

When trying to go into my computers ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS from Settings ----> Control Panel,I am getting a RUNDLL error message box with a message stating something about an exception occuring when trying to run 'Shell32.dll...etc.'

Can anyone provide any insight into this problem?

To help you help yourself go to microsoft knowledge base and search for shell32.dll explorer. Maybe this will narrow down the problem.
