Do you check for, and remove, Spyware ??
Spyware includes ----
Adware, Dialers, Browser Hijackers, Trojans, Cookies,
Key Loggers, Trackware, and other Malware while browsing the internet.

Most Virus and Spyware scans are likely to work better in Windows Safe-Mode.

Reboot your PC and start hitting the F8 key. That will bring you to a menu which will allow you to boot into Safe Mode. As long as you have antivirus and spyware removal programs already installed on the PC, you run them the same way that you would in Normal Mode.
