RUNDLL error when starting up PC

CPU/Ram: 512 MB

Hi everyone!
I am keep on getting an error message that says "Error loading C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll The specified module could not be found.". Can someone please tell me what to do?!?
