Rundll Error on startup

This error shows up before the taskbar and desktop icons show up,

I google the name of the file msxml4y.dll but
I found nothing.

I search the registry for this file and I found this...

I removed this "system32\drivers\msxml4y.sys From ImagePath but after that the machene begun to reboot after POST.

CORRECTION

I google the name of the file "msxml4y.sys" but
I found nothing.
