Rundll error can't find iexplore.dll mod

At start up win XP i get an pop up with RUNDLL error message can't find iexplore.dll in module, how can i get this message go away (my computer doesn't have any problems when i klik the OK button, but i hope there is a solution that i don't have to do that each start up).
