First off when I got on my computer yesterday my Norton Antivirus was disabled, I did a restore because I couldn't get it to Enable when I clicked on Enable.
Then I got a run time error and my computer restarted its self.It has done that 2 times today and each time my Norton is disabled.

You've possibly got a virus that is suppose to disable your Norton. Quite a few of them going around and such.

Try running an online scanner, housecall.
Here's one I always use and find dependable.

ok I ran housecall and it said I had 12 folders infected and it named Html Netsky.P and ADW SCANPORTA and TROJREVOP.A and ADW RULEDOR.C TROJ LALUS.A , TROJ SCTHOUGHT.C, DOS AGOBOT.HM
I guess I'm going to take this thing to a doctor.
When I did a restore and my Norton was Enabled I ran a scan and it said 0.
