run as command issue

Specs: win xp, dell 780 w/ 2 gigs ram
i need to set a shortcut to run as another user/profile without having the user to enter any credentials. i found this but i must be doing something wrong cause i only get it to run as whatever user that is logged in. C:\Program Files\FSLSO\FSLSOFtp\FSLSOFtp2.0.exe is the file i need to use as a run as. any help would be awesome.

Try right clicking on the shortcut, Properties > Security. Look in Advanced as well, should be something in those pages that helps.
