Router problem

My router seems to be running at 1 mb network speed. It is a 100base network. all network cards have 100base nic's and I have a 100 base switch connected to a 100base router...any ideas?

go to the router configuration and set it there

No such setting..the router is a Netgear dm602a

check the auto/full/half/duplex settings on your networkcards, aswell the speed...
