This depends on a)what file the clips are... and b)what graphics card you have. I'm sure quicktime can rotate movies. and i know some nvidia cards can rotate your display, but this will also rotate windows too (which could be a little wierd using the mouse lol) but i can't help if you want to rotate and then save it. maybe quicktime can do this too. hope it helps.

Assuming the videos are .MPG or .AVI format, you can use VirtualDub to do the rotation - http://www.virtualdub.org/ it's free, and easy to use - plus it's got tons of plug-ins that can enable all sorts of tweaks and fixes to your videos...
