Roller Coaster Tycoon wont work

I cant get Roller Coaster Tycoon to work on XP. I think it might be because i also have Win 98 too on the same computer and it works on that. Also how can i install 98 without desturbing XP?

does it give you a compatibility error?
if it does in window XP.
open the cd rom folder where the rollor tycoon is, find the setup file and right click it and go to properties. then over to Compatibility. Check the box, and select Windows 98.
now double click the setup icon.
