CPU/Ram: CPU260/RAM256MB

I am trying to install a My Tree program that ran fine on my older versions of windows. I get a message that file RLZRUN.RTS can not be found.
I also get a message about system error with program NTVDM.exe

Please help.

Your program might be a MS-DOS/16-bit Windows application, which can create compatibility issues in XP. A full explanation can be found here.

grandmaD1950: try installing the program using the Compatibility Wizard;

click Start, All Programs, Accessories, Program Compatibility Wizard
