im having a strange problem with my rio music manager for my mp3 player whenever i start off the program i keep getting an error messege saying that the program makes an error and that it has to close, time after time i keep trying to open the program and it keeps giving me the same message over and over if someone could please explain me and help me out how to fix this i would be very greatful thank you
