Hi,

I have reformated my lap using the original CD's. The problem is that every now and then when I right-click any folder or file icon i get the following error:

"Windows exploreer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We aree sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of something the information you were working on might be lost.
etc."

After closing this window the desktop refreshes (explorer reloads) and sometimes a new error (Dr. Watson) appears. In this case the system hangs and I must kill drwtsn32.exe to recover control.

Any help?
