Right clicking crash

Every time I am rightclicking on an icon explorer crashes and it is something with kernel32.dll.

Before you go to all the trouble of re-installing WinXp, try this. Click on Start -Run. Type in sfc /scannow (notice the space after c). Have you Windows Cd handy because it will probably ask for it. This will replace any damaged or missing files. It might fix your problem, and then again it might not. If not , post back and someone will explain how to repair WinXp.
